ABOUT COURSE
The Oil Record Book (ORB) course highlights the Marpol 73/78 requirements and explains to attendees the potentially serious consequences of failure to comply with Marpol 73/78 regulations.
The course provides greater understanding of the implication of the proper and correct filling up of the Oil Record Book, The course aims to stress the importance of strict adherence and compliance of seafarers onboard to the general instructions and guidelines of making entries in the Oil Record Book and emphasize the repercussions when violations are committed.
